This afternoon we had another strong rainstorm.  After it was over, I went out to the POD.  There was a lot of standing water around the area, but inside the POD was completely dry.  There were no leaks anywhere.  The photo above and below show some of the water that was still on the dome lip. 

No water came in through the dome section seals, nor the pivot areas.  I think my corrective actions have worked.
