Subject:	Black tube behind Glass is off center

I just recently purchased an ETX90-RA used on ebay upon receiving the
telescope I noticed that the short black tube that is located behind the
lens on the front of the tube in the center is well... off center. I'm
wondering if this is supposed to be this way. There's a visable glue
trail (kind of like a slug leaves on the ground as it moves). I'm
wondering if you have any suggestions or knowledge about this issue with
my scope. Thanks in advance for your help and insight. i've tried a
couple of times to get a picture of it but i'm not having any luck.

Nathan
Mike here: That occurred with some of the original model. Even happened to my original ETX. There is an article on the Helpful Information: Telescope Tech Tips page about fixing the secondary baffle.
