Although I use XEphem on Mandrake Linux, I have never had the occasion
to connect to my ETX90.  There is a KDE program called KStars, though,
that does have scope control for the Autostar.

Could you recommend a book and/or a course that can be taken to learn
how to use the Meade Astrofinder software with the ETX 90?   My
softeware is running on the computer, but I have been having difficulty
using it without any documentation.

Mike here: I don't have that software but check for help files or a manual on the CD-ROM. I am not aware of any book or course that covers it.

I want to ask how can I control my Meade ETX-70AT telescope using Linux?
I have tried using XEphem, but it does work.
Anybody can help?

Mike here: I use the Mac OS X Unix based system but there are apps and drivers available.
