Having located and then remembered where the South Celestial Pole is, I
decided that it's not really that hard to find. Knowing where it is at
short notice is a lot easier than  "draw a line down the long axis of
Southern Cross, and another bisecting the two pointers" etc. If this
link is appropriate, I hope it will be a useful resource for the User
Tips page as it gives instructions for locating precisely the sparsely
populated SCP in our otherwise glorious skies.
