Visit to Owens Valley Radio Observatory

On 20 September 2002 my wife Laurraine and I had the opportunity to visit the Owens Valley Radio Observatory courtesy of the Caltach Friends of Beckman Auditorium.

The all-day trip (we left home at 5am and returned at 9pm) was fun and educational. We saw a lot of interesting things and got to climb up on a couple of the radio telescopes.
