ETX-90EC Hand Controller Repair (#492)

All the wires had pulled out of my original hand controller.

This is the simple hand controller (#492) not the AutoStar 497.

After reading articles on your site and examining the circuit board I
established the proper wiring sequence.

There is a row of solder pads on the circuit board.

Pad #1 is square, the rest are round.

When you look at the circuit board with the keypad side down, the pads
go from left to right:

Pad 1 +12VDC    GRAY wire
   2 AUX CLX   ORANGE wire
   3 AUX DATA  BLACK wire
   4 ALT CLX   RED wire
   5 A/A DATA  GREEN wire
   6 AZ CLX    YELLOW wire
   7 A/A DATA  BLUE wire
   8 GND       BROWN wire

See attached photo.

CHECK THAT YOUR CABLE HAS THE SAME COLOUR SEQUENCE WHERE IT PLUGS INTO
YOUR HBX port your ETX-90EC, that is from left to right it should be
gray, orange, black, red and etc (Key side down).
