It seems that although we have the same telescope there are some
differences...

The lens is held in place by a cam lock that clamps the tab on the lens
between the  front of the housing and the cam. The lens locking knob on
the front only turns about a quarter turn, CW to loosen, CCW to tighten.

I do not have any of these on my ETX105pet. Should I have the extra
clamp bits or have Meade discontinued them for a reason?
