Subject: re: etx-125, OTA internal dimensions Sent: Friday, August 19, 2005 21:16:53 From: Richard Seymour (rseymour@wolfenet.com) The folks who built Terabeam optical networks used "gutted" OTA's of 125's. (they were using infrared, so the optics were tweaked for the longer wavelengths). You might do web-searches with "terabeam" among the topics... good luck --dick
Subject: etx-125, OTA internal dimensions Sent: Wednesday, August 17, 2005 06:28:06 From: Ron Frelin (frelin@visidyne.com) We would like to gut the OTA of our etx-125. We will be putting our own equipment inside. Does anyone have the actual dimensions or mechanical drawings of the OTA? Also, if anyone has ever gutted an ETX-125 OTA, are there any detailed instructions/pictures of the procedures available? Any info on the above request would be greatly appreciated. Thanks: Ron FrelinMike here: I haven't see that info. Of course, once you gut the OTA it wlll be easy for you to measure it.
