Subject: Carry on case for an ETX-125? Sent: Friday, May 6, 2005 19:21:53 From: bettshh@state.gov (howardhbetts@hotmail.com) Has anyone found a case for an ETX 125 that is within airline carry on dimensions 22x14x9 inches? The Meade and JMI cases are just a bit over. A hardshell would be preferable, but a well padded soft case might just do the job. Thanks HowardMike here: One such report: ETX-125EC case
Subject: buying my 1st.scope 125? Sent: Friday, May 6, 2005 12:45:05 From: ghogo@verizon.net Just a note to tell you thanks for your great web site. Am in my 50s, and going to buy my first scope, so wife and i can look at stars planets, etc. 125 or lx90 or, ??????? Gary in Dallas.Mike here: The best telescope is the one you will actually use. Yes, the LX90 8" is a nice instrument but it is also larger than the ETX-125. So, ease of use and set up can be a consideration.
