Subject: ETX-90 slipping secondary problem Sent: Sunday, September 13, 2009 11:51:10 From: Sean Brown (rulerofmars@lycos.com) I've got an old ETX-90, and the secondary has slipped out of place on the corrector. I can see that this is a known issue, and I read your tech tip for fixing it, but I'm hesitant to try it myself. I called Meade's customer support number, and was told they would not repair it because it's too old. I think it's outrageous that I can't even pay Meade to get this fixed, but I know of no other contact phone number. Do you happen to have any contact information for Meade other than their CS phone number and address? I'd like to speak to someone else about this. I appreciate any help you can offer, and thanks for all the hard work you've put into you site over the years.
