Clouds returned on Tuesday, 12 May 2026.

Wednesday night, 13 May, at 2351 MST, a bright meteor in the northern sky was captured by one of my sky webcams.

The sky cleared on Friday, 15 May, but it was too windy at times to have a productive night in the observatory. On Saturday, 16 May, I attended a star party at Oracle State Park. Sunday, 17 May, was very windy.

Monday, 18 May, the sky was clear but it was still windy. I took these D850 DSLR and iPhone 15 Pro Max photos. The planet Venus and the Moon were separated by about 2.5°.
