iPhone 15 Pro Max

1841 MST: LX600 ON, StarLock OFF, High Precision OFF.

Viewed Venus, 102X and 443X. Nice gibbous phase visible.

Viewed Jupiter, 443X.

1851 MST: Relaxed on the observatory patio bench.

1929 MST: Sunset. Calm now. Back inside the observatory.

Viewed Jupiter, 443X. One Galilean Moon was visible.

Viewed Mercury, 102X and 443X. Near half-phase visible.

1940 MST: Viewed Jupiter again, 443X. Three Galilean Moons were now visible in the bright twilight sky.

1942 MST: Back to the bench to watch my friends the stars come out.

2032 MST: iPhone 15 Pro Max photo taken with the Camera app (Night Mode, 3 seconds, 0.5X lens) showing the planets Jupiter, Venus, and Mercury.

2035 MST: Back inside the observatory.

Viewed Jupiter, 443X. All four Galilean Moons were now visible.

Observed Virgo galaxies, 102X: NGC4261, M61, M84, M86, M49, M87, M89, M90, M58, M104 (Sombrero Galaxy), M59, M60, and NGC4697. All were nice.

2057 MST: Wi-Fi ON.

Used SkySafari 7 Pro on the iPhone to GOTO NGC5834 (globular cluster) to resume my Milky Way Globular Clusters Project.

Viewed NGC5834 and NGC5986, 102X.

2114 MST: Wi-Fi OFF, LX600 OFF.

2117 MST: Jupiter and Venus, low in the western sky, with the closed observatory. Taken with the iPhone Camera app (Night Mode, 3 seconds, 1X lens).

Saw a Kissing Bug inside the observatory. Terminated same.

I then saw there was another visitor in the observatory. (Not terminated.)
