Here are some Moon astrophotographs taken with my LXD55 8" Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope. All of these were taken with a Scopetronix 25mm (80X) eyepiece using the Scopetronix Digi-T System using a Nikon Coolpix 995 with Remote Release Cable.

These photos were taken on 9 March 2003. All exposures were with the Automatic setting, with exposure adjustment to avoid over- or under-exposure, depending upon the lighting conditions. Low power photographs were with the 25mm eyepiece. Higher power photographs added a 2X Barlow Lens and some camera lens optical or digital zoom. Click a photo to see the image.
